Saturday, 2/13 - Regional Meet [Regional Results]

Boys took 3rd place; girls 8th

Jonathan Edwards set 2 regional/pool records in 200 free & 100 back & a Cy Creek record in back with 49.62.  He also set a pool record in 100 free by using his split time from his 400 free relay.

Kathryn Eckhart had 2-1st place finishes and a new Cy Creeek record in back of 56.09.

Girls 200 Free took 1st place & Cy Creek record 1:37.21

• The boys placed 3rd out of 58 teams and the girls place 27th out of 58.
  

• The boys were in 4th place by 2 points before the 400 Freestyle Relay was swam. They finished second in the relay by 53 100th of a second to finish 3rd overall in the meet by 1 point.
  

• The girls were led by Katie Adams, who finished 10th in both the 100 Freestyle and 100 backstroke.

Jonathan Edwards, who placed 1st in the 200 Individual Medley Relay with an Automatic

All-American Time. He placed 6th in the 50 Freestyle.

Keith Murphy, who placed 4th in the 100 Breaststroke and, 5th in the 500 Freestyle.

Nate Bean, who placed 7th in the 100 Butterfly.

Elliott Joern, who placed 16th in the 200 Freestyle.

• Ryan Layne, who placed 3rd in the 500 Freestyle and 7th in the 200 Freestyle.
  

• Jacob Wallace, who placed 13th in the 100 Backstroke.
  

• Boys 200 Medley Relay placed 3rd with an Automatic All-American Time led by Jonathan Edwards,  Keith Murphy, Nathan Bean and Elliott Joern.
  

• Boys 400 Freestyle Relay placed 2nd with an Automatic All-American Time led by Jonathan Edwards, Elliott Joern, Nathan Bean and Keith Murphy.
