- 2010-11 CFISD Athletic Forms Packet (contains Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form, Emergency Card, Parent and Student Notification/Agreement Form Illegal Steroid Use, UIL Acknowledgement of Rules, Sportsmanship Standards)
- Other forms as they become available
2010-2011 Aquatics Season
1st Day of school, all swimmer report to Small Commons.
All 1st period swimmer report by 7:45 a.m.

Water Polo Season will begin after the State Swimming Meet.
Senior's must obtain their own parking passes.
Junior's will get passes from Coach Chandler.
Please DO NOT call the school and ask for a parking pass.
